Winter Rolls (2 ROLLS)

Grilled beef with onions, lettuce, noodles, cucumber, and fresh herbs wrapped in rice paper. Served with a house vinaigrette sauce and crushed peanuts.

Veggie Egg Rolls (6 PCS)

Veggie filled egg rolls served with lettuce to wrap around and dip in our house Asian vinaigrette.

STEAMED PORK BELLY BUNS (2 PCS)

Steamed flour buns stuffed with tender caramelized pork belly and pickled carrot/daikon slaw.  Topped with crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro.

NACHO RANGOONS DIPPERS

Fried wonton chips with a cup of cream cheese, sweet n sour sauce, crab meat and green onions on the side to dip.

Sliced beef, brisket and meatballs with rice noodles in a beef broth. Topped with thin sliced onions, mint, basil, cilantro, chopped green onions and a sliced jalapeño. ***DINE IN ONLY***

Wonton Noodle Soup  

A pork and chicken bone broth with hand folded pork/shrimp dumplings.  Served with egg noodles, cilantro, green onions, and fried scallions.

Noodle Salad Bowl

Cool refreshing salad bowl with lettuce, cucumber, fresh herbs, and rice noodles (vermicelli) with your choice of fresh grilled chicken or beef. Topped with fried scallions and crushed peanuts.  Served with a side of Asian vinaigrette.

Caramelize stewed pork belly, fried tofu, and hard boiled eggs.  Served with pickled veggies and salad on top of white rice.

Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Tempura battered and fried shrimp with a sweet and sour sauce pour over white rice.  Served with pickled veggies and salad.

Lemongrass Chicken Rice Plate

Chunks of lemongrass marinated chicken stir fried with onions.  Served with pickled veggies, salad, white rice and a side of Asian vinaigrette.

SANDWICHES

“PHO”rench Dip

A French baguette filled with tender beef brisket and garlic mayo. Topped with onion, cilantro, basil herb mix, sriracha, and hoisin sauce. Served with a side of our hot PHO broth to dip. (NO MODIFICATIONS)

We now carry Local Beers from Riggs and Triptych along with a rotating curated wine selection. New beer just arrived. HANOI BEER hailing from Vietnam. We are the only restaurant in downstate that offers this refreshing beer!

*Pho is served with sliced raw beef before boiling broth is added.
